Great product! Superb cartridge life. We have to change the cartridges about every 7 months. Print quality is excellent. Not yet had a paper jam! We use the printer everyday and print on average 15 pages/day. Highly recommend this product. I love the little beep it makes when it's first switched on :-) I'll never use an inkjet again. I've tried several inkjet models and the burn-rate on the cartridges is appalling.
