Review : Worst printer ever
I bought this printer based on its size, appearance, functions and because I was seduced by the idea that newer must mean better. I was wrong:

1: I have to throw away 90% of its output because of lines or marks or distortions. These are not small marks - and they make my small business look decidedly amateur.
2: The quoted footprint size is a lie. Once you put A4 paper into it the foot print depth grows by 8.5cm!
3: The wireless feature drops out all the time. Even Samsung admitted it was rubbish and advised me to connect via a LAN line. What's the point of selling a 'wireless' machine if the technical department admit that it only works with a wire?
4: I have made 3 calls to Samsung and I am now waiting for the engineer to visit me for the 2nd time. Samsung's warranty does NOT entitle you to a replacement machine and it does NOT entitle you to a refund unless the machine is deemed irreparable after 3 home visits and a factory opinion.
