ITX MB is normally cost more than the MATX and ATX MBs, but it enable you can install it into very small case which suit for a HTPC in the bedroom or the living room.
Nice BIOS interface and give you many settings allow you to change for overclocking etc,.
Asus is the best brand for MB in my opinion..
