I originally gave this product 5 stars, but it has suddenly stopped working! I bought mine back in June and it was fantastic, but all of a sudden... a nightmare!

The drive started to make a loud crackling noise and when I tried to access it (on my Mac which I had done countless times before) it said drive was inaccessible & needed to be reformatted. All my work lost AND when trying reformat it just caused the computer to crash. Every time!

Sending this back to Amazon. Remember you get a 12 month warranty on products bought directly from Amazon.

I ignored the bad reviews as this seemed to have more good ones. oh dear!
